Which beer did our ancestors prefer?

A study of 40 volumes of the “Belarusian Folk Art” series, “Belarusian Folklore in Contemporary Records”, and Hrynievich’s folk songbooks found 440 records mentioning beer. Ninety-two records identify the grain with certainty. The findings are plotted on a map by the grain used for brewing.
